Our LINCOLN, CHEVROLET AND TOYOTA  dealerships are part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail.  

With a new fleet shop opening soon, we’re expanding our teams and looking for skilled, hardworking technicians who want steady work, strong support, and room to grow.

We’re hiring immediately for:
  • 3 Certified Diesel Technicians 
  • 8 Medium/Heavy Duty Truck Technicians 
  • 4 Mainline Automotive Technicians (Chevy / Toyota)

  • Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
  • Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
  • Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

  • 4+ years of automotive technician or mechanic experience
  • Automotive technical or trade school degree
  • National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in: brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license in the state and good driving record
