Job description

Come join the QuickBooks Emerging Mid-Market Marketing Team as a Group Marketing Manager (Leader). Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is dedicated to delivering a portfolio of solutions that help businesses thrive at every stage of growth - from solopreneurs to mid-market - across accounting, payroll, time tracking, payments, bill pay, lending, and more.
The Emerging Mid-Market Marketing team is seeking a Group Marketing Manager (Leader) to lead the team responsible for defining the future of QuickBooks Advanced, in service of one of Intuit's 3 Big Bets: Disrupt the Small Business Mid-Market. Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the team: Hire, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, setting a clear team charter and growing individual careers alongside business outcomes
  • Own Advance's multi-year strategy: Set the strategic direction for where Advanced must go to win in mid-market, shaping the bets that drive long-term competitive position and growth
  • Unify Advanced and Services into one strategy: Bring Advanced and Services together into a single, coherent strategy and go-to-market motion
  • Shape the roadmap at the strategic level: Partner with product leadership to prioritize around the bets that matter most for long-term competitive position
  • Drive cross-functional alignment: Act as the connective tissue between product, sales, and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic direction and key decisions
  • Set positioning and messaging standards: Own the master narrative and value proposition for Advanced, ensuring every campaign, launch, and sales asset the team produces ladders back to one consistent story
  • Own competitive strategy: Direct how the team tracks and responds to the competitive landscape, translating competitive intelligence into positioning and packaging decisions

Qualifications
  • BA/BS required, MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing or product strategy, with a demonstrated track record in mid-market SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team of marketers, including hiring, coaching, and growing talent
  • Proven ability to define and defend long-range strategic bets using market intelligence and customer insight, with the judgment to sequence them pragmatically
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior and executive stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organization to commit to a strategic direction
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with comfort presenting at executive business reviews
  • Demonstrated ownership, independent judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity, with measurable outcomes driven at the strategy level
  • Fluent in a range of AI tools with demonstrable experience incorporating them into your workflow
