  • Experience with CargoWise is a plus.

About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Manage customer relationships and provide freight solutions, quotations, and shipment updates.
  • Coordinate and track ocean and air shipments, including pickups, deliveries, and container returns.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation and logistics issues.
  • Collaborate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company SOPs and compliance standards.
  • Review invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and process AP/AR transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish.

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

Computer Skills

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.   
  • Experience with CargoWise is a plus.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry

Salary

$50,000-$60,000 annually based on education and experience level.
