About the Role:
Join our team at Remedy Roads LLC in Omaha, NE as a Group Home Living staff member for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while working in a supportive and caring environment.
About Us:
Remedy Roads LLC has provided compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Omaha area for over 6 years. Our dedicated staff and supportive work environment make us a leading choice for both employees and clients. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
  • Implement and document individualized support plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and household chores
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' behavior or health
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to maintain a positive and patient demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
We are looking for the following shifts:
Mon-Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm; overnight, 11 pm to 8 am.
Saturday-Sunday 8 am to 3 pm, 3 pm to 11 pm, and overnight 11 pm to 8 am.
