  • The Senior Group Director, Client Advice Management serves as a senior strategic leader across a portfolio of complex client businesses

  • Partnering with integrated teams across Communications Design, Partnerships, Analytics, Strategy, and Activation disciplines

  • Leading strategic conversations across channels, disciplines, and specialty teams while helping clients connect marketing investments to measurable business outcomes

  • Serving as a senior strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, helping shape business and marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in integrated media, communications planning, marketing, advertising, consulting, or related disciplines

  • 6+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong integrated media background spanning multiple digital channels (paid social, programmatic, search, video, partnerships)

  • Experience leading strategic planning, media strategy, and client consultation engagements

  • Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations and stakeholder environments

  • Proven ability to influence senior client stakeholders and executive audiences

  • Experience developing measurement strategies, testing frameworks, and learning agendas

  • Strong presentation, writing, and executive communication skills

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex business challenges, and drive alignment across diverse teams

  • Performance media experience strongly preferred

  • B2B marketing experience preferred
