Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications adhering to Enterprise policies and standards.Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system. It also requires taking ownership of the application/product, supporting client applications, coordinating with multiple teams to find and remediate vulnerabilities, and managing Security Assessments and Audits

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support software applications
  • Ensure that risk, security, and other compliance deliverables are completed on time and per requirements for the applications they support.
  • Assist with audit exams and risk assessments for the applications.
  • Track and support the technical security and risk activities performed by the development teams
  • Work closely with vendors for vendor applications to ensure the application meets bank requirements.
  • Works with infrastructure teams to ensure alerts, monitoring, dashboards, and processes are established

**This is not a hands on developer position. This is an individual contributor Application Manager or Technical Program Manager type position.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years focused on Java backend development.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to lead complex cross functional initiatives
  • Experience with the delivery of complex technology projects or solutions
  • Experience working with a technology delivery team
  • Experience with application security, vulnerability remediation, threat modeling
  • Experience partnering with production support
  • Experience working with or in TI to deliver hardware solutions
  • Highly effective relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects/requests

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and experience with enterprise security policies, programs, procedures, and systems
  • Good understanding on Cyber Security principles
  • Experience with DevOps, SecDevOps
