Your role and responsibilities:
As the Group Account Manager, Meta - Data Center Segment, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and manage the account strategy that is focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will coordinate sales activities, monitor current projects, and manage the resolution of specific customer problems. You will also showcase your expertise by giving input on market price developments and tendencies.
As a Group Account Manager, you will be contributing across ABB's business areas across the globe.

The work model for the role is: Remote {#LI-Remote}
Your role and responsibilities:

  • Drives strategic account planning, sales growth initiatives, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets across regions.

  • Builds deep customer understanding to shape sales strategies, identify risks/opportunities, and deliver coordinated, valueadding solutions.

  • Ensures compliance with ABB's values, safety standards, and code of conduct while applying consistent sales processes and tools.

  • Strengthens longterm customer relationships and fosters crossteam collaboration, knowledge sharing, and competitive awareness.


Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years of experience selling in Data Center segment.

  • Demonstrated customer mindset and ability to create win-win solutions for our customer and ABB.

  • Ability to work cross functionally across other business areas and groups.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a relationship first mindset. Must be comfortable communicating with individuals of all levels within the organizations.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.

  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $163,500 and $261,600 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
