Job description

Red Hawk Golf and Resort, located in Sparks, NV, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Facilities Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)
 
General Purpose:
Assists with daily repair and maintenance services for all aspects of the operation, including facilities, grounds, and other areas as required.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
  • Performs routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance throughout the facility.
  • Troubleshoots and performs general repairs.
  • Responds to maintenance requests and prioritizes work orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to: emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Working Conditions:
  • Frequently uses hands and reaches with hands and arms.
  • Regularly climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, crawls, stands, walks, and sits.
  • Frequently lifts or carries up to 50 pounds.
