Your Day-to-Day:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community's grounds, common areas, and amenities
  • Perform routine landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, and watering
  • Remove trash and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
  • Assist with seasonal maintenance such as snow/ice removal or leaf cleanup
  • Report any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or property damage to the Service Team
  • Power wash building exteriors, walkways, and other surfaces as needed
  • Clean and maintain outdoor furniture, signage, and recreational areas
  • Support the maintenance team with light tasks as requested

What We're Looking For:
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally; capable of frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in various conditions

  • Valid driver's license required (for operating golf carts or company vehicles)
  • Requirement: Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date.
