Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily cleanup and maintenance of the campus grounds including but not limited to:
Mow lawns, rake leaves, shovel snow, repair concrete and paved areas, hedge shrubs, prune trees or remove if necessary, install and repair sprinkler systems, plant flowers, install landscaping, golf turf maintenance,Β dig trenches, fertilizing and pest management, maintain a clean shop, minor vehicle and equipment repairs, help with off-loading deliveries, moving heavy objects, dumpster control, fence installations and repair, storm drain maintenance, Christmas decorating and any other duties deemed necessary.

Required Experience

  • High school diploma
  • At least one year in a grounds related field
  • Β Must be able to lift 100lbs and do daily physical labor
  • Heavy equipment operation and ability to work with power tools
  • Valid Driver’s License Required
