Job description

Lead field operations for commercial ground-up construction projects throughout the Orlando market. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex builds while joining a contractor known for stability, quality, and long-term employee growth. Client Details Our client is an established commercial general contractor with a strong presence across Central Florida. The company maintains a diverse portfolio of commercial projects and is recognized for its collaborative culture, repeat clients, and commitment to operational excellence. Description Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilisation through turnover Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and quality control Maintain project schedules and coordinate with project management teams Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor site meetings Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget expectations Profile A successful Commercial Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Proven experience delivering commercial ground-up projects Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and construction sequencing Ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple stakeholders Stable tenure and excellent communication skills Job Offer Annual salary ranging from USD 120.000 to 140.000.
