The Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is based in Reading and requires hands-on management of site activities and coordination with project teams. The company offers the stability of an established business alongside the excitement of continued regional growth and expansion Description The Superintendent - Ground Up Construction will: Manage daily on-site operations for ground-up construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflows. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues promptly. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control. Communicate project progress to stakeholders and address concerns effectively. Resolve on-site challenges and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Profile A successful Superintendent - Ground Up Construction should have: Experience with managing ground-up construction projects.
