Overview
As Manager, Solutions Operations for Agent Suite, you will support building and operationalizing program governance for Mastercard's fast-growing AI Consulting capability.We are hiring two Solutions Operations Managers:
One role will focus on program performance, dashboards, and operational tracking.
One role will focus on partner, vendor, and supplier onboarding and management.
Reporting to the Director, you will help build, scale and optimize governance and reporting structures, and shape processes that drive responsible innovation and operational excellence. Operating in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity and rapid evolution are the norm, your work will focus on ensuring our systems and processes are designed for resilience, compliance, and innovation so the team can focus on doing their best work as the operation scales.
The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in program management, strong collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups, and eagerness to advance transformative technologies.
The Role
Program Governance
Lead the development and execution of governance frameworks to ensure scalability, compliance, and responsible innovation within the Agent Suite program.
Collaborate with internal business, technology, and compliance teams, as well as external vendors, to align priorities, curate capabilities, and strengthen the overall Agent Suite ecosystem.
Participate in cross-functional problem-solving sessions to address complex operational and technical challenges, ensuring timely and effective decision-making.
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operational processes through automation, efficient system design, and best practices.
Ensure clear, consistent, and tailored program communications for all audiences.
Program Delivery
Design, implement, and continuously improve technical workflows and governance standards to drive operational consistency and high-quality outcomes across global teams.
Participate in the configuration and optimization of technical systems (such as project tracking and reporting platforms) to meet evolving team and program needs.
Uphold a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to pilot new approaches, share learnings, and refine operational methods for maximum efficiency.
Work across Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to ensure timely, coordinated program delivery.
Operational Excellence
Develop and maintain operational KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to provide leadership with timely, actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Manage budget tracking, resource forecasting, and cost optimization for technical operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Translate operational data and insights into compelling reports and recommendations that inform executive decisions on resource planning and investment.
All About You
- Experience in technical or product operations, program coordination, or process improvement within technology or consulting settings; familiarity with AI technologies is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to support the development and maintenance of technical workflows, governance processes, and reporting tools.
- Solid skills in operational analytics, using automation tools, and following compliance procedures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
