To thrive as a Ground Service Ramp Agent, you need physical stamina, attention to detail, and a high school diploma or equivalent, often complemented by airport security clearance. Familiarity with ground service equipment, baggage handling systems, and safety protocols is typically required. Strong teamwork, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential soft skills for this role. These capabilities are crucial for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely aircraft turnaround in a demanding airport environment.

What are some common challenges Ground Service Ramp Agents face during peak travel seasons?

Ground Service Ramp Agents often experience increased workloads and tighter turnaround times during peak travel seasons. This can mean handling more baggage, coordinating closely with flight crews, and maintaining strict safety protocols despite a faster pace. Staying organized, communicating effectively with team members, and managing physical fatigue are essential to succeed during these busy periods. Employers typically provide additional training and support to help agents adapt to these seasonal demands.

What are Ground Service Ramp Agents?

Your job is to convert the appointment, run the search, write the offers, manage the transaction relationship, nurture every lead over the long haul, and deliver the Reframe client experience from first showing through closing and beyond.

This is not a cold prospecting role. You will not be cold calling strangers, door knocking, or running paid lead campaigns. Reframe assigns you the leads. You convert them. Deals from your personal sphere are welcomed and compensated at the same split.

This is a role working directly with the Founder and the Team.

Tools & Resources Provided by Reframe (No Cost to Agent)

  • Side platform, Follow Up Boss CRM, RealScout, MLS access, Supra, Canva Pro, Google Workspace
  • Buyer presentation materials, BRBC packets, disclosure templates
  • Reframe brand assets and full marketing support
  • Client gifts and closing gifts
  • Transaction coordination fees

Compensation: Estimated at $90,000 - $144,000. Same split on Reframe-assigned leads and personal-sphere deals. Reframe covers all transaction-related expenses listed above. Paid the month following the close of escrow. No base salary, no draw, no PTO, no sick pay.

We're hiring Buyer's Agents to serve Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $144,000

Responsibilities:

Buyer Service

  • Convert Reframe-assigned buyer leads to signed BRBC
  • Run buyer consultations using the Reframe Walkthrough Methodology
  • Schedule and conduct showings
  • Write offers, negotiate terms, and manage counteroffers
  • Quarterback the buyer through escrow alongside the TC and Ops team
  • Deliver the closing gift and run the post-close handoff to the 12-month touch system

Lead Nurture & Follow-Up

  • Work every assigned lead on a long-term nurture cadence. Most Reframe buyers take 6–24 months to transact.
  • Re-engage stalled leads quarterly at a minimum
  • Maintain detailed FUB notes on every conversation
  • Treat the warm leads list as a personal pipeline

Client Experience

  • Maintain Reframe's premium service standards in every client interaction
  • Educate buyers on the market, the process, and the contract
  • Stay in regular contact with active buyers (weekly minimum during active search)

Team Contribution

  • Attend listing presentations and seller appointments as a second agent when invited
  • Cover open houses for team listings
  • Shadow Kina on listings during the ramp to build seller-side fluency

Personal Production

  • Deals from your personal sphere are welcomed and compensated at the same 35% split
  • Reframe provides full back-office, marketing, and transaction support on personal deals

Qualifications:
  • Active California real estate license in good standing
  • Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication
  • Discipline to follow up consistently over 2–24-month buyer timelines
  • Fluency with Follow Up Boss, MLS, RealScout, DocuSign, Side
