OPERATIONS SUPPORT TEAM (OST) MEMBER


Air Partners is currently seeking a talented, customer service oriented and enthusiastic Ramp Agent to join our growing team. If you thrive in an extremely fast-paced, team oriented, results driven environment and are committed to continuous improvement and growth, we encourage you to apply.



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:


  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, clients and internal team members;

  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Air Partners hangar space, and office space;

  • Assist clients with their luggage and belongings;

  • Cleaning and stocking aircraft (85% of the job);

  • Washing and detailing customer cars;

  • Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures;

  • As directed by the senior leadership team, perform a variety of duties that will contribute to the overall guest experience.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Legally able to live and work in Canada;

  • A valid class 5 drivers license (non GDL) is required, and reliable transportation to and from our offices;

  • A clean drivers abstract

  • Able to obtain a YEG RAIC pass;

  • Previous aviation experience considered an asset;

  • High School Diploma or GED; and

  • Available for day, evening and weekend shifts as required.
