Position Overview: Dalcom Engineering is currently seeking a Radar Engineer to support the application of radar systems across various domains at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Through specializations in computer programing/software development, engineering modeling and combat systems analysis, Dalcom Engineering takes pride in building and empowering teams that will continue to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop analytical models, detailed simulations, and advanced algorithms to support system design assessments.
Integrate radar subsystems into broader electronic and communications platforms, incorporating mathematical modeling, signal processing techniques, and waveform design principles.
Apply advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts to create innovative system solutions.
Prepare verification plans and test procedures with clear traceability to system and software requirements.
Support integration and testing activities; analyze results, troubleshoot discrepancies, evaluate anomalies, and drive corrective actions to closure.
Execute system verification tasks and support system certification efforts.
Qualifications/Desired Skills:

Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance
Radar systems development experience including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation
Experience creating engineering test plans and working with radar systems-including subsystem/component knowledge and hands-on design, integration, or testing of radars, transmitters, and sensors.
Proficiency in MATLAB, C++ or Python
Clearly communicates complex ideas and produces/presents clear, well-organized presentations in relevant terms for audiences at all levels
