Job description

We are seeking an Operations Manager for full-time position. This is an office-based position available for candidates who are very smart, confident, extremely organized, problem-solver, and motivated to get results.


Job Duties:

  • Manage, evaluate, and onboard vendors
  • Ensure complete employment file (benefits, documentation of employment, communications, and other employee records)
  • Assist in issuing and replacing personnel equipment
  • Ensure positive and seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Manage travel arrangements and trip oversight for field employees (travel, hotel reservations, ground transportation, etc.) and all related expense
  • Ensure continuous professional licensing and state registration

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
