We are looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence throughout the Greater Montreal Area. This is a field-based role focused on business development, prospecting, relationship building, and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a sales territory within the Greater Montreal Area

• Prospect new customers through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking

• Build long-term relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers

• Present and sell our portfolio of specialty food products with confidence

• Manage pricing discussions, promotions, and new product launches

• Grow existing accounts and increase sales volume

• Track sales activity, customer opportunities, and performance using CRM and digital tools

• Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience

• Experience in food distribution, foodservice, grocery, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is considered a strong asset

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

• Organized with strong time management skills
