STORE ASSOCIATE - GROCERY DEPARTMENT

We’re hiring a dependable and hardworking Grocery team member to help keep our shelves organized, stocked, and looking great. In this role, you’ll also assist with pulling customer orders for pickup or delivery as needed. If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy physical work, and take pride in keeping things in order, this is the job for you!

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stock shelves, displays, and coolers with products
  • Rotate stock and check for expired items
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented aisles
  • Assist with pulling grocery orders for customers as needed
  • Receive and unload deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Provide friendly customer service
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures
  • As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior stocking or retail experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Team-oriented and reliable
