Job description

The Program Manager will own critical dashboard visualizations and AI-enabled data pipelines for the Operations Business Support team at Amazon Worldwide Grocery. This role owns compensation-linked Scorecards, key production reports tied to Operations and 50+ data source integrations - while embedding AI efficiencies into both process and data architecture.

A day in the life
Own end-to-end pipeline integrity for the compensation-linked scorecards; maintain zero-defect SLA on STI-impacting outputs
Lead monthly scorecard cycles from metric development through UAT, production publish, and post-launch stabilization
Manage key production reports tied to Operations
Leverage AI tools to accelerate SQL generation, ETL boilerplate, migration scripts, dashboard scaffolding, schema documentation, and natural-language Q&A for business stakeholders
Apply human judgment where AI cannot operate autonomously: stakeholder trust, upstream troubleshooting across undocumented dependencies, UAT accountability, production sign-off, governance, and program-level delivery
Actively use Amazon Q, KIRO, and GitHub Copilot as core workflow tools
About the team
The WWGS Operations Reporting team supports store operations with data-driven insights and scalable reporting solutions that enhance operational efficiency across all store locations. Our team of skilled analysts and developers specializes in building automated analytics via AWS QuickSight to support strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations. We Think Big about what operational reporting can become, and we take Ownership of the end-to-end experience - from data ingestion to the moment an insight drives action in a store.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
