  • Identify operational challenges and implement practical, results-driven solutions
  • Balance day-to-day execution with long-term business growth and continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proven retail operator who knows how to lead people, drive performance, and run a successful business.

This person should have:

  • General Manager, Store Director, District Manager, or similar leadership experience within supermarkets, grocery, specialty food retail, club stores, or other high-volume multi-department retail environments
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, gross profit, payroll, shrink, inventory, and key operational metrics
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold large teams accountable
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve store performance
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A hands-on management style with the ability to motivate teams and lead by example
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ambitious, execution-focused, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Supermarket or grocery experience is strongly preferred

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take ownership of a significant operation, partner closely with executive leadership, and grow with a company that values initiative, performance, and long-term career development.
