Co-Store Manager:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Co-Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations for a high-volume specialty foods grocery store. This role is ideal for a passionate food enthusiast with strong business acumen who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The Co-Store Manager will play a critical role in driving sales, managing team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, merchandising, and customer service
Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment
Demonstrate strong business acumen with accountability for store profitability, including P&L management, labor control, and expense oversight
Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective forecasting, ordering, and shrink control practices
Ensure accurate inventory management, product rotation, and freshness standards across all departments
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure product quality, timely deliveries, and cost efficiency
Champion a culture centered around food knowledge, quality, and customer engagement
Monitor and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Support merchandising initiatives, including product displays, promotions, and seasonal offerings
