We are looking for a skilled Machinist/Grinding Technician to join our precision manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a machinist who thrives on technical challenges, and high-quality craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
Hatboro, PA | Full-Time
You will become an expert in a range of grinding processes including:
  • Grinding between centers
  • Chucking OD grinding
  • Chucking ID grinding

Operate Grinding Equipment
You will operate a variety of grinding machines including:
Kellenberger Kel-Vista (3 machines)
  • CNC conversational programming
  • Multi-tool setups

Kellenberger Kel-Vita
  • Same as above with non-round grinding capability

Jones & Shipman CNC Grinder
  • Conversational programming
  • Between-centers grinding
  • Track job time accurately through job clock-in/clock-out
  • Follow scheduled job lists created by the supervisor
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance technicians on critical inspections
  • Handle customer components with extreme care to minimize scrap
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and efficiency
