Aroma Coffee and Cafe is looking for an ambitious individual with great people skills to manage out coffee shop. This is a full time position. Coffe shop and food service eperience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Training

Ordering

Key Holder

Greeting customers, answering questions, entering orders

Prepare drinks (grinding beans, brewing coffee/tea)

Prepare food (sandwiches, soups, salads, baked goods)

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas

Washing dishes and equipment

Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality control

Job Qualifications:

Exceptional customer service skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
