About the Role:

As a Coffee Bar Attendant at Honey Creek Resort, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving high-quality coffee and related beverages. Your primary focus will be to ensure that every guest receives prompt, courteous, and personalized service in a clean and welcoming environment. You will be responsible for maintaining the coffee bar’s appearance, managing inventory, and adhering to health and safety standards. This role requires a passion for coffee culture and a commitment to upholding the resort’s reputation for excellence. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating memorable moments for guests, encouraging repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth for Honey Creek Resort.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and familiarity with coffee equipment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Barista certification or formal training in coffee preparation.
  • Experience working in a hospitality or resort setting.
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee beans and brewing techniques.
