Job Summary:
ClifyX is a confidential company seeking a Network Engineer to manage and support complex network infrastructures. The role involves troubleshooting advanced network issues, managing equipment and software upgrades, and leading operational issues in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting Level 3 and advanced network issues and performing call backs ensuring issues are resolved & appropriate solutions are provided to the customer in a high-pressure factory environment
• Responsible for investigating causes, tests solutions & suggest solutions in place to reduce the time taken to resolve the network-related tickets.
• Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades.
• Understanding Network supports priorities and objectives and takes an active role in accomplishing them.
• Should be able to lead and drive technically the Operational issues on his own in a high-pressure environment engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting.
• Help level 1 & level 2 resources to address Network related issues.
• Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols required.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Expert in implementing, and support Cisco SDA (DNA Center, Client integration, fabric onboarding) and Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting).
• Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including: Security policies, NAT, routing, VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access), Panorama management and threat prevention profiles.
• Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high-density deployments.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third-party interoperability.
• Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration.
• Lead hands-on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains.
• Real-time packet capture skills to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. (Wireshark)
• Cisco SDA: DNA Center, Client integration, fabric edge/control nodes, policy troubleshooting.
• Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity.
• Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN-OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT.
• Wireless: Enterprise WLAN design, RF analysis, troubleshooting.
• VPN: IPSec site-to-site, remote access, multi-vendor environments.
• Infoblox: DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Grid Master, HA.
