Position Overview:
The Hotel Front Desk Associate is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay. This proactive and friendly individual is the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and satisfying guest requests and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:
- Greet guests in a welcoming manner upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and payment processes, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, ensuring guests have a delightful stay.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and problems promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Offer quick and effective responses to all guest inquiries, providing accurate information and guidance.

2. Reservation and Front Desk Operations:
- Efficiently process reservations, cancellations, and modifications, applying appropriate rates and discounts while adhering to hotel policies.
