Service Drive Greeter
Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi | D’Iberville, MS

Mercedes-Benz of South Mississippi is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Drive Greeter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional Mercedes-Benz experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet customers promptly and warmly as they arrive in the service drive
  • Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor
  • Assist with vehicle check-in flow and help maintain an organized service drive
  • Ensure every customer receives a professional and hospitable experience
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and support staff
  • Offer amenities to guests and maintain a clean, welcoming customer lounge and drive area
  • Assist with light administrative and customer service duties as needed
  • Support the service team in creating an efficient and positive guest experience
