As a Greenhouse Operations & Delivery Technician, you will play a key part in both the production and delivery of high-quality plants. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on greenhouse work, facility maintenance, and customer interaction through deliveries. Every season brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, making this an ideal role for those who enjoy variety, teamwork, and working both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of greenhouse operations, including planting, transplanting, watering, and general plant care
  • Prepare and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Load, transport, and deliver plant material to customers using company vehicles
  • Maintain a safe and professional approach when operating company vehicles
  • Support greenhouse organization and participate in seasonal production activities
  • Perform routine maintenance on greenhouse equipment and machinery
  • Help maintain facility systems, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Contribute to general property upkeep and assist with special projects as needed
  • Obtain and maintain a pesticide applicator license (company assistance provided if needed)
