Greenhouse Team Member

Full-Time | Mondayโ€“Friday | Weekly Pay | Benefits Available

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Greenhouse Laborer. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with plants and thrive in an active environment. Previous greenhouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of plants
  • Water plants and assist with irrigation systems
  • Monitor plant health and report any concerns
  • Harvest plants and prepare them for shipment
  • Prepare soil, planting trays, and growing materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe greenhouse environment
  • Support daily greenhouse operations and additional tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous greenhouse experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plant care, gardening, or agriculture is a plus
