Greenhouse Team Member

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Benefits Available

We’re looking for reliable, motivated team members to join our greenhouse team! No previous greenhouse experience is required—we’re willing to train the right individuals who have a positive attitude and are ready to learn.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and working in a team environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Plant, transplant, and care for a variety of plants
  • Water plants and assist with irrigation
  • Monitor plant health and report any concerns
  • Harvest plants and prepare them for shipment
  • Prepare soil, planting trays, and growing materials
  • Keep the greenhouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with daily greenhouse operations and other tasks as needed
