Job description

Job Overview

Join our team at Greenbriar Landscape and help create clean, well-maintained, and professional outdoor spaces. As a Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll work hands-on in the field maintaining lawns, landscapes, and properties to a high standard.

This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience, work outdoors, and grow within a fast-moving, professional landscaping company.

Responsibilities

  • Perform weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
  • Maintain landscape beds through planting, pruning, trimming, and general care
  • Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools
  • Assist with landscape installations and minor hardscape work as needed
  • Inspect and maintain irrigation systems (basic troubleshooting/adjustments)
  • Support tree and shrub care with proper safety procedures
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
  • Assist with snow removal operations during winter months

Qualifications / Skills

  • Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field preferred (not required)
  • Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
