The Opportunity:
As a Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician with RTEC, youll play a vital role in maintaining the health of trees and landscapes through environmentally responsible practices. You will:
  • Perform routine PHC treatments, including fertilization, pest management, and disease control.
  • Monitor plant health and report findings to senior technicians or management.
  • Assist senior technicians with advanced treatments while developing your skills.
  • Maintain PHC equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Provide professional, friendly communication with clients during service visits as needed.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and compliance requirements in the field.
