【Job description 工作內容】

1. Research and evaluate nuclear regulatory frameworks and requirements in Taiwan and international markets.

2. Review, audit, and oversee inspection and testing activities at nuclear power plants.

3. Support research and development initiatives related to nuclear plant operation, maintenance, and engineering technologies.

4. Conduct nuclear safety analyses and risk assessments to support safe and reliable plant operation.

5. Develop and assess strategies for radioactive waste management and disposal.

6. Evaluate decommissioning technologies and methodologies for nuclear power plants.

【Education & Qualifications 學歷條件】

Master's degree or higher in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical, technical report writing, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to conduct technical research and communicate findings effectively in English and Mandarin .

【Preferred Qualifications 其他工作條件】

1.Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning.

2.Willingness to travel and work at nuclear power plant sites as required.

3.Coursework in Nuclear Reactor Engineering, Radiation Protection, Thermal-Hydraulics, or related disciplines.

4.Familiarity with domestic and international nuclear safety regulations, codes, and technical standards.

5.Experience in pressure vessel design, manufacturing, or related engineering activities.

6.Prior experience in nuclear power plants, nuclear facilities, or nuclear-related projects is highly preferred.
