As Weed Man continues to grow, we are looking to fill Lead Generator / Door Knocker positions. What does a person in this role do? In this role, you will be working outdoors in local neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and generating leads. We are simply offering homeowners the opportunity to obtain a free, lawn care consultation and quote. No selling is required, this is a terrific starting point for those looking to get involved in the field of sales or business. This is also a great opportunity for students – no experience necessary!

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Show up on time and be ready to go when scheduled
  • Canvas local neighborhoods knocking on doors and offering homeowners a free lawn care consultation and quote
  • Enter prospective customers information into a tablet
  • Pass along pertinent information to your supervisor when necessary

Skills

  • Able to communicate and clearly convey our message to the homeowner
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good listener, quick to catch on and not afraid to ask questions
  • Ability to follow direction and maximize your time
