About the Role:
Eastern Shore Green Clean LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Haymarket, VA! Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to a high standard of quality
  • Use eco-friendly and green cleaning products safely and effectively
  • Follow customized client cleaning checklists and special instructions
  • Maintain and transport cleaning supplies and equipment between job sites
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
  • Uphold company standards for quality control and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
