Job description

Position Overview:
At Meráki Greek Grill, our servers are the face of the brand and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Expected Range of Pay including tips:
$24-30/hour on average

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a welcoming and positive attitude 

  • Accurately take and enter orders while guiding guests through the menu 

  • Run food efficiently and ensure proper presentation 

  • Maintain dining room cleanliness, including bussing and resetting tables 

  • Monitor guest experience throughout the visit and address needs proactively 

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all front-of-house areas 

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards 

  • Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment 


Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required) 

  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting 

  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic 

  • Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
