Charcuterie and Food Prep Team Member

Graze Craze is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Charcuterie and Food Prep Team Member to join us. As a Grazeologist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and consistent charcuterie boards that are as impressive as they are precise. This role is hands-on, creative, and requires a sharp eye for detail. Previous food service, kitchen, restaurant, or catering experience is helpful but not required. We provide training.

What Youll be doing:
  • Preparing and assembling charcuterie boards, boxes, cups, and catering items
  • Accurately following food production build guides, portion sizes, and brand presentation standards
  • Slicing, folding, and arranging meats, cheeses, and produce with precision
  • Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Supporting overall kitchen prep and food production workflow during busy shifts
  • Labeling, packaging, and staging orders for pick-up/delivery
  • Assisting with inventory organization, stocking, and product rotation
  • Supporting off-site catering setups when needed
  • Communicating with the team to ensure all orders are completed on time
