TITLE: CDL A - Delivery Truck Driver - Part Time
Division: Transportation-Jefferson City
Reports to: Transportation Supervisor
FLSA: Non- Exempt/Hourly

We are currently seeking reliable, safety-focused CDL A - Delivery Truck Driver to join our team and help us deliver quality products with outstanding customer service.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a CDL A - Delivery Truck Driver at Graves Foods, you'll be the face of our company-responsible for safely transporting and delivering foodservice products to valued customers across the Midwest.
Your day will start early at our Jefferson City warehouse, where you'll review delivery paperwork, inspect your vehicle, and load up for the day's route. Once on the road, you'll deliver products directly to customer locations, unload orders with care, and ensure each stop receives exceptional service. You'll finish the day by completing all post-trip duties and preparing for a smooth start tomorrow.
This is a Monday-Friday schedule with early start times and early afternoons off, allowing you to be home nightly while building a stable career with growth potential.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Begin shifts between 4:00-5:00 AM and typically finish by 2:30-4:00 PM
  • Meet at the Jefferson City warehouse to organize daily delivery paperwork and load your truck
  • Conduct and document thorough Pre-Trip Inspections before departing
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products across assigned routes in the Midwest
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service while physically unloading products at each location
  • Maintain accurate DOT logs, delivery records, and required company documentation
  • Perform Post-Trip Inspections, complete end-of-day paperwork, and report any maintenance needs
  • Refuel, clean, and restock your vehicle to ensure readiness for the next route
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Current/Valid Driver's License Class A or B
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating commercial vehicles
  • Current/Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Knowledge of and compliance with DOT safety regulations to maintain an excellent DOT rating
