To thrive as a Grave Cleaner, you need attention to detail, physical stamina, and basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, with experience in groundskeeping or janitorial work being helpful. Familiarity with cleaning tools such as brushes, power washers, and safe use of cleaning chemicals is typically required. Strong organizational skills, respectfulness, and sensitivity towards grieving families are crucial soft skills.
