CDL Grapple Truck Operator

Were a locally trusted company led by an ISA Certified Arborist, and were looking for a CDL B Grapple Truck Operator who values safety, teamwork, and doing quality work the right way.

If you enjoy working outdoors, operating powerful equipment, and being part of a crew that looks out for each other, this role might be a great fit.


What Youll Do:

  • Operate a grapple truck to safely load, haul, and unload tree debris from residential and commercial sites.
  • Keep job sites organized and support the tree crew as needed.
  • Perform daily inspections and light maintenance on your truck and equipment.
  • Follow all DOT and company safety standards every time you roll out.
  • Communicate clearly with your team and help keep projects running smoothly.

What You Bring:

  • Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating a grapple truck or similar heavy equipment.
  • Background in tree service, landscaping, or construction preferred.
  • Strong understanding of safe loading, hauling, and DOT compliance.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
