Job description

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Crystal, MN. This full-time, year-round position involves operating one of our three truck cranes (20-ton, 40-ton, or Effer Grapple Saw Crane) to assist tree crews with tree removal and arborist work, primarily on residential properties. You will work closely with our operations manager, foreman, and groundspeople to ensure safe and efficient completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate truck cranes (20-ton, 40-ton, or Effer Grapple Saw Crane) to support tree removal and arborist tasks
  • Collaborate with tree crews to safely and efficiently complete residential tree work
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment to ensure operational excellence
  • Work under the direction of the operations manager and foreman to meet client needs
Qualifications
Required:
  • Valid CDL license
  • Proven crane operating experience
Preferred:
  • Arborist and tree removal work experience is a plus
  • Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
