H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Graphic Specialist to support the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC) Enterprise Governance Department in Washington, DC. The Graphic Specialist will provide graphic development support to the IT Governance Framework Modernization effort. This is a hybrid position within the National Capital Region.
The Graphic Specialist responsibilities will include:
  • Developing IT Governance Framework Visualization(s)
  • Develop computerized visual representation(s) of IT Governance Framework(s)
  • Design interactive PBGC Intranet (SharePoint) page to display IT Governance Framework(s) and supporting documentation
  • Provide graphic design and visualization development assistance in the development of IT Governance Framework(s) presentations
  • Provide graphic design and visualization development assistance in the development of socialization material to display to and educate stakeholders to the new framework(s), documentation, and processes.
  • Provide graphic design and visualization development assistance in the development of training curriculum for IT Governance Framework(s) and all other updates to governance documents.

Required Education:
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college / university

Required Qualifications / Certifications:
    • Skillful in the development of modeling an Enterprise IT Governance process and graphic design/representations and visual aids to support Enterprise IT Governance
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the areas listed: (1) Visual Process Modeling; (2) Graphic Design
    • Preferred experience using the following modeling/graphics design tools: (1) Visio; (2) PowerPoint; (3) SharePoint Designer
    • Graphics visualization experience with the following:
      • Minimum of five (5) years with end-to-end and comprehensive IT solution lifecycle management plan
      • Minimum of five (5) years with IT Governance Framework
      • Minimum of three (3) years with DevSecOps
      • Minimum of three (3) years with Agile Development.
