Position Overview

Bolton Holdings is seeking a Site Layout & Graphic Design Specialist to create site and location layouts, design marketing materials, create digital content, capture photography and videography, edit visual assets, and support brand, sales, recruiting, operations, and company communications.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, hands-on, and comfortable turning rough ideas, sketches, project notes, and site requirements into polished layouts and design materials. The right candidate will create site maps, facility layouts, graphics, photos, videos, social media content, and marketing materials that represent Bolton Holdings professionally and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create site, location, facility, and event layouts in Figma.
  • Translate sketches, notes, equipment lists, and site requirements into clean visual layouts.
  • Design marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, sales materials, one-pagers, presentations).
  • Create social media graphics, flyers, catalogs, presentations, and project content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across layouts, marketing materials, and digital content.
  • Capture and edit photography and video content.
  • Support website graphics, trade show materials, pitch decks, and proposal graphics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to turn concepts into polished deliverables.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Figma and Canva.
  • Experience creating event, location, or facility layouts.
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, layout design, or content creation.
  • Portfolio required showing layout work, graphic design, digital content, photo, or video work.
