Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the Senior Marketing & Research Director and Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing initiatives.

This role assists with the creation and organization of marketing materials, property marketing collateral, and internal marketing systems. The position is ideal for someone beginning their marketing career who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate marketing. This role provides a strong foundation for career growth within the marketing department.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to learn within a collaborative team environment. This individual should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple assignments, and a willingness to support a variety of marketing projects.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Administrative Support:

· Assist with the preparation and formatting of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns.

· Support the Marketing Manager in assembling property marketing packages and proposal materials.

· Update and maintain property listings, marketing collateral, and company databases.

· Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and digital asset libraries.

· Assist with uploading and maintaining property information across online listing platforms.

· Ensure consistency of company branding across marketing materials.

· Perform basic edits and updates to marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.

· Track marketing requests and help coordinate project timelines to support department workflow.

· Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Research and Analysis:

Content and Digital Support

· Assist with website updates and property listing uploads.

· Support email marketing initiatives and newsletter formatting.

· Help maintain marketing databases and contact lists.

· Assist with organizing photography, aerial imagery, and other marketing assets.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

· Entry-level experience, internships, or coursework in marketing, design, or business administration preferred.

· Commercial Real Estate experience preferred but not required.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
