About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment? We're looking for a Graphic Artist to support the execution of customer artwork and design production while ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between customers, creative services, and pre-press teams, partnering to deliver production-ready artwork for flexographic printing. From preparing files and managing color separations to supporting design creation and maintaining digital assets, you'll play a critical role in ensuring designs are both visually compelling and technically sound for manufacturing.
How You Will Make an Impact
  • Prepare and verify customer artwork, ensuring files are production-ready and aligned with printing specifications
  • Set up designs for flexographic printing, including color separations, trapping, and file preparation
  • Collaborate with pre-press teams to ensure artwork meets technical requirements for production
  • Support creative services by assisting with image creation and design needs
  • Maintain and organize digital assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
  • Apply knowledge of CMYK, Pantone, and spot colors to ensure color accuracy and consistency
  • Interpret and follow customer style guides to meet brand and design expectations
  • Identify and resolve design or production challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of artwork
  • Partner with printing and production teams to ensure designs translate effectively to finished products
  • Support continuous improvement by learning and applying flexographic printing processes and best practices

The Essentials
  • 1+ year of experience in graphic design, production art, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Strong understanding of design principles and layout
  • Knowledge of color theory, including CMYK, Pantone, and spot color usage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn flexographic printing processes and production requirements

Optional but Impressive
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Commercial Art, or a related field
  • Experience with flexographic printing processes, including trapping and color separations
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
  • Illustration or advanced design capabilities
  • Experience in manufacturing or print production environments
