Job description

Title of Position: Graphic Designer
Direct Supervisor: Comms Director

About the Role

This is an in-person position based in Daphne, Alabama. Applicants outside the area are welcome to apply but must be willing to relocate if hired.


We're looking for a talented graphic designer who wants to use their creativity to help people
follow Jesus. If you enjoy solving creative problems, collaborating with others, and creating
work that makes an eternal impact, we'd love to meet you.
As part of our Creative Comms Team at CityHope, you'll collaborate with ministries across the
church to create print, digital, and social media content that helps communicate the mission of
CityHope: Walking together as we pursue the way of Jesus. Every project is different, which
means you'll have the opportunity to design everything from sermon series and apparel to
social campaigns, event branding, and more.


What You'll Do
-Design graphics and communication pieces for ministries, events, and church-wide
initiatives.
-Create print and digital assets including social media graphics, email graphics, signage,
apparel, and promotional materials.
-Create content for social media, including graphics, posts, stories, and short-form reels.


-Capture photos and video during weekend services and ministry events to help tell the
story of what God is doing at CityHope.
-Collaborate with teammates to develop creative solutions and keep projects moving.
-Maintain a consistent CityHope brand across every platform.
-Participate in creative reviews, implement feedback, and continue growing as a
designer.
-Support weekend services, ministry events, and other special projects as needed.

-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
-Experience designing for print and digital platforms.
-Familiarity with social media content creation is a plus.
-Experience with professional photography or videography equipment is a plus.
