The Role
Ideal candidate is an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Position requires strong layout, typography, visual storytelling, and creative collaboration skills across digital and print design. Expert knowledge of printing processes, file preparation, and production standards is required.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate complex information through polished, brand-aligned designs while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience creating corporate presentations, employee-facing communications, campaigns, and high-visibility visual materials is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, first-time quality, and the ability to professionally receive and incorporate feedback are essential, including the ability to pivot quickly and adapt designs to evolving priorities.
Must Have
3 Years with Bachelor's Degree in related field; 1 year of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree; High School diploma or equivalent with 11 years' experience of relevant professional experience.
A combination of education and experience may be substitute in lieu of degree.
