We're looking for a Graphics Production Assistant who can bring designs to life, help solve production challenges, and support the machines and people that make incredible products happen every day. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets technology.
 
What You'll Be Doing
·         Create and edit production-ready files in Adobe Illustrator.  Put your problem-solving skills to work by troubleshooting file issues, helping production team members resolve challenges and investigating problems to recommend solutions. 
·         Get hands-on with production by operating laser and other production equipment when needed.
·         Analyze, communicate, improve and review data to identify opportunities for improvement.
·         Communicating issues with potential solutions to supervisors. 
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You have experience with Adobe Illustrator (required), have intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things work.  We need someone who is highly detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work.  Your ability to work independently while also being a great teammate with strong written and verbal communication skills while have a good understanding of basic arithmetic and production workflows can make you a star.
 
Bonus Points If You Have:
Apparel, pattern-making, or pattern software experience (CAD, Optitex, Gerber, etc.)
