You bring an elevated design sensibility, a refined eye for type and composition, and the ability to build graphic narratives that feel both culturally relevant and commercially strong. While graphic excellence is at the core of the role, experience in surface or print design is a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Develop typographic explorations ranging from bold, expressive statements to clean, minimal brand marks
  • Build graphic systems, badge/icon libraries, and lockups that translate across categories and product formats
  • Partner with Concept, Design and Merchandising teams to shape seasonal graphic narratives
  • Research cultural, global, and competitive graphic trends to inform concept direction
  • Present graphic concepts and storytelling frameworks to internal partners and leadership
  • Execution & Technical Craft
  • Prepare production-ready artwork files with accuracy in scale, separations, placement, and formatting
  • Provide detailed color callouts, proportion notes, and placement direction to ensure design integrity
  • Partner with Production and Tech teams to ensure graphics execute successfully across fabrics and silhouettes
  • Manage multiple seasons and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Surface / Print
  • Understanding of print techniques (screen, heat transfer, digital, sublimation) and how they interact with different fabrications
  • Support surface design development when needed, applying strong graphic sensibility
Who You Are
  • 4–6+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within apparel, lifestyle, or fashion
  • Strong portfolio showcasing typographic exploration, badge/icon development, and elevated graphic sensibility
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, scale, and color theory
  • Experience balancing expressive creativity with technical precision
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in surface or textile pattern design is preferred
  • Familiarity with 3D visualization tools such as CLO
