Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Manager will coordinate and execute an engaging communications strategy that promotes Kinetic Advantage and its suite of services. This individual will focus on generating, managing, and distributing high-quality content across multiple channels both internally and externally to elevate brand image, drive engagement, and support business growth. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Manager will work collaboratively across teams to ensure consistent, impactful messaging aligns with organizational goals and successfully reaches our dealer and auction partners.
This position is onsite.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Execute and support effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordinate, draft, and manage the production workflow for all external and internal marketing communications.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to brainstorm, develop, and implement integrated campaign ideas and content strategies.
  • Review and refine communication materials to guarantee all content is publication-ready, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Implement communication plans for new product launches, corporate events, seasonal promotions, and industry initiatives.
  • Edit basic video clips such as Town Hall recordings, executive updates, etc.
  • Create graphics and visuals for social media posts, internal communication documents, print materials, slide decks, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication channels to continuously optimize engagement.
  • Draft clear and compelling press releases, media advisories, and digital press kits to build brand visibility.
  • Coordinate and draft internal communication materials, including the production and delivery of a monthly internal newsletter, to foster team member morale.
  • Assist in responding to communication-related issues promptly and professionally under the guidance of marketing leadership.
  • Produce and deploy messaging assets including email marketing campaigns, social media captions and graphics, product presentations, announcements, and advertisements.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing technology platforms and content management tools to streamline and support ongoing initiatives.
  • Equip field team members with up-to-date resources, collateral, and toolkits for prime customer engagement.
  • Conduct routine market and competitor research, monitor industry trends to identify fresh content and channel opportunities.
  • Identify and optimize communication channels, including digital and industry-specific media platforms, to
  • relay targeted messages to partners.
  • Design, manage, and optimize email templates and automated communication journeys within the corporate CRM platform, in collaboration with other team members.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field
  • 3-5 years' experience in internal and external marketing or communications

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically?
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in Canva and general graphic design principles
  • Experience with Wordpress and website editing a plus
  • Knowledge of general social media best practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Event planning experience in collaboration with a team is a plus
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and daily deliverables
  • Experience creating targeted and engaging content
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
