Position Overview:

As an integral member of our dynamic team, the Proposal Coordinator will possess a high level of business acumen and entrepreneurial ability. The Proposal Coordinator will effectively collaborate with Sales and Operation teams in the development of exceptional RFP and client qualification related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produces deadline sensitive deliverables such as qualification packages, document reviews, etc.

  • Upkeep of priority documents required for proposals

  • Assists with the development of timely, high-quality and competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, etc.

  • Assists with contractual reviews

  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Experience, Skills, and Competencies:

  • Relevant University degree or diploma

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills

  • Exceptional project and time management skills with the ability to remain well-organized

  • Detail focused

  • Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines

  • Strong graphics skills

  • Experience and success in working in collaborative, fast paced environment and delivering time sensitive submissions.
